Tim and Nancy Cushman to Open Roof at Park South

As rumored, Tim and Nancy Cushman are working on a new project in the Park South Hotel. Kate Krader reports that the duo will open a new rooftop bar/restaurant in the hotel called Roof at Park South with a menu of "drink-friendly Mediterranean-inspired bar bites." No. 9 alum Ted Kilpatrick will oversee the bar program. If everything goes according to plan, Roof at Park South will open in May.

Word on the street is that the Park South Hotel is planning two new restaurants with the Cushmans. Will the second restaurant be a version of their Boston hit O Ya? That's the rumor. Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
