Cinnamon Snail Starts Campaign for New Truck

Vegan food truck The Cinnamon Snail is off the roads now because its vehicle registration expired earlier this month. While the owners await a re-inspection from the city, which could take a month, they've decided to launch a Kickstarter campaign for a brand new truck. Once this new vehicle is on the streets, they plan to use the old one as a "back-up." They hope to raise $82,000, which would cover the cost of purchasing a new truck and getting it ready to serve food. So far they've raised over $13,000. Here's the campaign video:
