GRAMERCY — General Assembly will launch lunch next Monday with a menu that will include a burger, a skate po-boy, a slow-roasted pork sandwich, salads, oysters, crudités with dips, and juices. CARROLL GARDENS — Ravi Derossi's seafood parlor/bar Bergen Hill is now open seven days a week. The restaurant was previously closed on Mondays, but Derossi decided to open on that day to honor more of the reservation requests that the restaurant is receiving.
