Carol Grimaldi, co-founder of the iconic Grimaldi's Pizzeria, has died from cancer at the age of 75. She and her husband Patsy have not actually owned Grimalidi's since 1998, but they made their return to the pizza scene when they opened Juliana's in the same space in 2012. [NBC via Gothamist]
