A new Greenwich Village sweets shop called Léna will serve Basque-style macarons imported from the famed Maison Adam bakery in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, France. The Robs describe the Basque macaron as "simultaneously crisp and tender, its pure almond essence unsullied by supplemental flavors and fragrances." Il Buco Alimentari's bread baker, Kamel Saci, is a partner in this new project. [GS] [Photo Credit]
