Tomorrow night from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. is the first in a series of cook takeover dinners put on by Momofuku Noodle Bar. Each dinner has a menu designed and prepared by one of the line cooks. The first dinner comes to us courtesy of Casey Kusaka who, according to Momofuku's Tumblr "will create a bun, noodle, and dessert inspired by his Hawaiian heritage." [Momofuku]
