Fredrik Berselius will close his Michelin-starred Williamsburg restaurant Aska on March 19, with plans to reopen the project in a new space later this year. The acclaimed Nordic restaurant has operated out of Kinfolk Studios for the last year and a half. The chef tells the Times: "We want to continue on with what we set out to accomplish, and we have outgrown the space...It's time to move on." No word yet on where Aska is headed next, but Berselius says there's a "99 percent chance" that it will be in Williamsburg.
