Thomas Keller's team allows CNN a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen at Per Se, to show that despite earning a "Grade Pending" (and a technical "C") rating from the Health Department recently, the kitchen is quite immaculate. The chef also tweets: "Our kitchen door is always open to our guests. We look forward to working with the DOH." He plans to appeal the grade at an upcoming hearing. [CNN; Twitter]
