DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — On March 27, Hill Country will host TMBBQ Smokes Brooklyn, a barbecue "pop-up" put on by the Texas 'cue nerds at TMBBQ. The event will feature smoked meat from Justin Fourton (Pecan Lodge), Nick Pencis (Stanley's Famous Pit Barbecue), and Wayne Mueller (Louie Mueller Barbecue).
