Lower East Side gallery Hotel Particulier recently hosted a series of art-y, interactive dinners with food artist Emilie Baltz and the couple behind Brooklyn pop-up Chez Jose. The meals, which cost $350 a head, took place at a custom designed table in the gallery, and involved painting with roasted cauliflower "brushes," catching tossed arancini with a handful of sauce, and lots of walking on the table.
