The NYPD has been cracking down on a number of bars in Washington Heights that are letting in underage drinkers. Not surprisingly, bar owners are not happy about the extra attention, saying that the large fines and police presence are hurting business. They also aren't happy about the NYPD's undercover tactics, saying that they should just issue a warning before carrying out their investigations. [NYDN]
