A group of students at Columbia are petitioning student government to elect a "Sandwich Ambassador" for the school. Said ambassador would "work with local eateries and negotiate some much-needed discounts" on the undergrads' meal of choice. The campaign started as a joke, but has apparently turned quite serious.
