Although things are not yet set in stone, Andy Ricker is confident that Pok Pok Ny will reopen tonight, after being forced to close by the DOH over the weekend. Ricker tells Grub Street that he expects the inspectors to return today, and that "we are doing everything they asked us to do to comply." The DOH originally took issue with the restaurant's two charcoal grills, which were kept in a covered outdoor area. [GS]
