An upcoming documentary profiles classic Coney Island hot dog spot, Nathan's Famous. Produced by founder Nathan Handwerker's grandson, Famous Nathan tells the story of the once illiterate Polish immigrant who came to run one of the most profitable businesses in America. The documentary includes plenty of archival footage, as well the only interview ever taken with Nathan and anecdotes from staff members who worked for him for over forty years. It isn't going to debut until mid April at the Tribeca Film Festival, but you can watch the trailer over on Eater National.
