April 7th marks the launch of Boulud Sud's Voyage dinner series. Each month Chef Travis Swikard will prepare a dinner based on a different region in the Mediterranean. The first one up is "An Evening In Israel" followed by menus profiling Greece, Sicily and the Côte d'Azur. The meals will all be four courses with wine pairings and cost $95 per person, before tax and gratuity. [Official Site]
