Take a look inside the fridges of 11 New York chefs, from this year's edition of the Times Magazine's annual Food Issue. Dirt Candy's Amanda Cohen shows off her four-year-old can of the original FourLoko, while Caroline Fidanza of Saltie has a pot of stew she didn't like and Bryce Shuman of Betony keeps a stack of Polaroid film tucked in beside the chard, in order to feed his photography habit.
