The Il Mulino team is planning a new steakhouse in the space that currently houses T-Bar Soho. Partner Steve Raia tells Grub Street: "We will have big chops, great steaks, and sides in addition to classics like veal parmesan." T-Bar replaced the short-lived Angolo Soho last October.
