Although Ravi DeRossi's team got approval for a liquor license in the old Odessa Cafe and Bar space, a new "for rent" sign now hangs in the window. DeRossi and Co. wanted to open a Nashville-style hot chicken restaurant here. EV Grieve notes that the sign is from a different brokerage firm than the one that was originally working with the space.
