Thomas Keller, the lord and ruler of Per Se and the French Laundry, might be working on a new restaurant in Manhattan. Vegas Seven reports that the undisputed king of fine dining is "considering opening another New York City restaurant" in what Keller calls "an historic project." Could King Keller be planning a new Bouchon on the roof of The Met? Or an Ad Hoc in the basement of Grand Central Terminal? Or a new version of Rakel in the New York Historic Society? It's anyone's guess at this point. Eater has reached out to Keller's squire. More details as they become available.
