The owner of Galli in Soho is planning to open a second location of the Italian restaurant in the old 'inoteca space at 98 Rivington. Bowery Boogie notes that the restaurant was added to the April CB3 docket, and the owner installed an employee on the corner collecting signatures of support for the new business.
