Will Brooklyn's love for new beer bars and stores ever subside? Besides the recently opened Dirck the Norseman (which is now serving its own brews) and the soon to open Berg'n from the Brooklyn Flea team, there is Covenhoven in Crown Heights with 16 taps and even more bottles; Pickle Shack, which is a collaboration between Brooklyn Brine and Dogfish Head featuring rare brews on draft and even more bottles; and Bed-Vyne Brew, a bar that is an extension of the popular Bed-Stuy wine shop.
