Marian Harper Levine, the owner of Carnegie Deli, is suing her husband, his girlfriend and her stepdaughter for ten million dollars. This isn't the first time that Levine has taken legal action against her spouse. She already sued him once for keeping his girlfriend, Penkae Siricharoen, on the payroll long after she left her job at Carnegie and for sharing secret recipes that Siricharoen used to open Carnegie Deli Thailand.
This time Levine's saying that her husband stole company money by forging her signature on checks and then hiding it in property owned by his daughter, Jodi Levine Smith. Siricharoen is being accused of helping him conceal money within her businesses and of accepting stolen merchandise from Carnegie's facilities.
