Restaurateur Richie Notar is planning to open a relaxed, East End location of his midtown restaurant, Harlow. Also in the works is a Harlem jazz lounge in the former Lenox Lounge space as well as a collaboration with New Orleans baker Dwight Henry called Mr. Henry's, which will be located next door.
