In the New School division, Jim Lahey's Chelsea hit Co. goes up against Carroll Gardens perennial favorite Lucali. And in the Old School division, Bensonhurst old-timer L & B Spumoni Gardens goes head to head with another beloved slice joint, Joe's Pizza in Greenwich Village. The polls will be open for 24 hours.
