One of the eight people killed in Wednesday's building explosion and collapse in Harlem was 21-year-old Rosaura Hernandez, a line cook at Triomphe Restaurant in the Iroquois Hotel. Hernandez was well-loved by her co-workers, and recently posted a photo of herself at work on Instagram, with a caption that reads: "Check me out having some fun at work. I love it because I have to challenge myself and always prove even being the only female that I can f–king handle it." [NYP]
