The Hudson River Park Trust found a potential operator for a beer garden space at Pier 62, but now the Trust says that the bar won't open this year. A group doing business under the name Hudson Biergarten canceled an appearance at Tuesday's CB4 meeting, and the Trust decided that there's not enough time to get the permits and paperwork in order for a June opening.
