Neapolitan Express to Open Wall Street Restaurant

The owners of Neapolitan Express, New York's only Neapolitan-style pizza truck, are opening their first-ever restaurant inside 40 Wall Street, a building that's owned by Donald Trump. The Neapolitan Express team uses San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di Bufala, and Caputo "00" flower, just like all the other acclaimed pizzerias of this city, and the truck itself runs on solar power and compressed natural gas. The Post reports that this will be a fast-casual version of the pizzeria, but there's still no word yet on when it will open.
