Former Gramercy Tavern managing partner Nick Mautone is opening a new restaurant in the old Donatella space with Daniel veteran Mark Fiorentino and former Lever House chef Brad Thompson. The menu will include some pizzas as well as things like roasted pork shoulder and baby lamb. Donatella Arpaia is staying on as a partner. The as-yet-unnamed restaurant is slated to open next month.
