This week Ligaya Mishan reviews Il Salumaio, an Italian deli turned tiny restaurant and wine bar. The menu is still mostly sandwiches, but also includes pastas like "rich tagliatelle alla bolognese, almost more beef than sauce; ravioli packed with porcini mushrooms, nearly drowned yet somehow retaining texture in a tomato sauce thickened with cream and speck."
