Ivan Orkin's long-in-the-works Clinton Street ramen shop is slated to open by the end of the month. Orkin tells the Daily News that this restaurant will offer a different experience than Ivan Ramen Slurp Shop: "[W]e'll get to have more time with our customers, greet them, seat them, give them a drink, and give them a lot of different dishes...It will be much more of a chef-y kind of place."
