Antonioni's, an Italian Restaurant From the Gitane Team

Earlier this month, the owners of Cafe Gitane opened a casual Italian restaurant on Chrystie Street called Antonioni's. The space has a small bar, a handful of leather booths, lots of cozy two tops, and Gino-esque circus animal wallpaper throughout. The menu is full of Italian-American crowd-pleasers, plus lighter options like "Tuscan mussels," a beet and orange salad, and seared shrimp with cuttlefish and gremolata. Antonioni's has a special menu for the kiddos, and it also offers delivery downtown. Check out the space:
