Michael Toscano and Gabe Stulman just made some big changes to the lunch service at their Greenwich Village hit, Perla. Now, all the pastas from the dinner menu area available, as well as some of the other favorites from the evening like the veal head for three and the ribeye for two. The new menu also has a fancy grilled cheese and soup and combo for $14, and an optional three-course prix fixe for $35. Lunch is now served Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. till 3 p.m., and the restaurant is offering a somewhat similar brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday.
