20140206%204Season2.jpgThe New York Landmarks Conservancy filed a lawsuit Thursday in an attempt to gain an injunction against the removal of Picasso tapestry Le Tricorne that hangs in the lobby of the Four Seasons Restaurant. The suit is in response to landlord Aby Rosen's intent to remove the rare work which has hung in the famed restaurant for 50 years. Rosen claims that structural damage to the building necessitates the removal of the Picasso, a fact disputed by the Conservancy. [DNA Info, Previously]
