Angelo Romano, who left the Pines back in September, will serve a Valentine's Day tasting menu at The Narrows along with acclaimed pastry chef Katy Peetz. The meal is 11 to 15 courses of "mostly vegetables with the exception of caviar," and costs $30 per person.
