Navy, an All-Day Seafood Restaurant in Soho

Here's a look around Navy, a new Soho restaurant from Smith & Mills partners Matt Abramcyk and Akiva Elstein. The restaurant, which centers on seafood and vegetables, takes its design cues from the WWII-era maritime look, with linen and canvas-lined walls, Japanese indigo curtains, and vintage-inspired uniforms for the staff. Camille Becerra, former Top Cheftestapant and chef/owner of Paloma, is in the kitchen, serving dishes like blini with house-cured fish and trout en croûte for two from a menu that changes daily. The restaurant also has a raw bar, and it will soon open for breakfast and lunch as well as dinner.
