Estela has not cooled one bit since it opened eight months ago. The restaurant above Botanica Bar is where chef Ignacio Mattos serves dishes like raw scallops with grapefruit, cod with avocado, and an excellent beef tartare with sunchokes. The restaurant has become a popular oenophile hangout, thanks to the thoughtful wine list from Blue Hill veteran Thomas Carter.
