Alan Richman takes a look at three newish Harlem restaurants for GQ today. He finds the menu at Minton's disappointing, and the one at The Cecil expansive, but is mostly charmed by Mountain Bird, especially the schnitzel, which he describes as "thick, juicy, and crisply fried, served with lemon wedges (the Austrian way) and two other condiments I've never before seen with schnitzel."
