Wine Dinner at Acqua; A Benefit With Anthony Bourdain

FIDI —Acqua at Peck Slip is hosting the first in a series of four wine dinners this coming Thursday, February 27. Executive chef Ivan Beacco will craft a five course menu with wine pairings from Regal Wines. [Acqua]

UPPER WEST SIDE —Bar Boulud is hosting a winemaker dinner tomorrow night featuring "two idiosyncratic winemakers." Andrea Calek from the Ardeche and Jean-Claude Chanudet from Domaine Chamonard in Beaujolais will pair 10 wines and a family-style French countryside menu by chef Olivier Quignon. [Bar Boulud]

BENEFITS —The Urban Assembly Bronx Academy of Letters is hosting a benefit on February 26 at the Metropolitan Pavilion. It will feature tastings by a host of chefs including Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar, JJ Johnson of The Cecil and Daniel Delaney of BrisketTown.
