Marm Café will open tomorrow in the location that once housed the Lower East Side favorite, Falai Panetteria. Rumor has it that some of the Falai crew is staying on to help with this new project. No word on the menu yet, but the space hasn't changed much: "like its predecessor, [the] decor is fairly spartan."
