SOHO — On March 9, Back Forty West is hosting its annual cassoulet tasting. Six chefs, including Seamus Mullen of Tertulia and cookbook author David Tanis, will serve their versions of the dish along with wines from southwest France. UNION SQUARE — Gotham Bar & Grill has just launched a chocolate dessert tasting menu. For $25 it includes two courses, which involve things like juniper ice cream, and chocolate marzipan among other elements. The tasting also comes with a box of chocolate bon bons at the end.
