Sean Telo, a veteran of the Atlanta dining scene, is the new executive chef at Extra Fancy in Williamsburg. He previously worked at STG, Miller Union, Home Restaurant, and Richard Blais's Flip Burger. His menu features versions of New England-style seafood dishes, like lobster pot pie, roasted oysters with bacon stuffing, and broiled cod with clams and corn. Mr. Telo has also added new items to the raw bar, like caviar and uni. [EaterWire]
