In this week's Hungry City, Ligaya Misha reviews Wallflower, a tiny bar/restaurant helmed by Maison Premiere vet Jared Stafford-Hill. One of many highlights are the scallops, which "wobble among bright stripes of sea urchin and carefully piped mounds of cauliflower purée, as if arranged by increasing degree of creaminess." [NYT]
