Details about the new Tavern on the Green continue to emerge while the opening date keeps getting pushed back. The Daily News reports that Katy Sparks's menu will include dishes like roasted duck breast with farro, prunes, and almonds, and ingredients from Russ & Daughters, Mast Brothers, and others.
