Grayson Schmitz left Willow Road not too long ago, and now she's working as the chef de partie at Joshua Skenes's critically acclaimed San Francisco restaurant Saison. At Willow Road, Ms. Schmitz worked as chef de cuisine, under executive chef Todd Macdonald. Grayson was the winner of Eater's Hottest Chef competition last year. [Eater SF]
