Ben Schott rounds up some of the secret vocabulary used in various cocktail bars around the city. At Pouring Ribbons, St. Germain is "bartender ketchup," while a hot girl at Employees Only gets called a "mikana." And many send "boomerangs": plastic-wrapped cocktails smuggled to other bars as a gift. [NYT]
