There will be a silent auction of cakes from some of the city's best pastry chefs, plus unlimited antipasti, pasta, pizza, beer and wine. VINEGAR HILL — On February 27, The Pines chef John Poiarkoff will serve a dinner at Hillside with his brother Mike Poiarkoff, who's just been made chef at Vinegar Hill House. For $65 per person, the four course menu includes beef tartar with kimchi and sesame crumpets, and monkfish with oxtail and hearts of palm.
