LONG ISLAND CITY — Tomorrow night, as a Valentine's Day special, M. Wells and MOMA PS1 are hosting a dinner and a movie event. Hugue Dufour and his crew will serve coquilles Saint-Jacques, hot smoked salmon, cassoulet, and venison Wellington while the museum screens Some Like It Hot and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. EXPANSIONSMarcus Samuelsson is opening a restaurant in Bermuda's Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel next year. The restaurant's menu will be inspired by the local "array of Caribbean and Portuguese ingredients and traditions." As a teaser, he's going to do a pop-up version of the restaurant at the hotel this summer. [GS]
