EAST VILLAGE — Wylie Dufresne's debuting his first burger tonight at the bar at Alder. The Pat LaFrieda beef is mixed with shio kombu and topped with his beer cheese. EAST VILLAGE — Louisa Shafia, who has been hosting the Persian pop-up Lakh Lakh at Porsena Extra Bar this fall, is teaming up with Sara Jenkins for a Persian Hanukkah feast on December 16. The dinner menu includes dishes like pumpkin cilantro latkes with tamarind date chutney, Azerbaijani lamb meatball soup with house-made noodles, and chicken stewed with apricots and salty plums.
