Tom Colicchio and his Craft restaurant group is peacing out of the Hamptons. The team will part ways in the beginning of 2015 with the luxe country inn Topping Rose House, where it operates a high end farm to table restaurant. The split between Craft and owners Bill Campbell and Simon Critchell is reportedly amicable. No word yet on whether chef Kyle Koenig, who cooks much of his food with the produce from the inn's garden, and his wife Jessica, who runs the restaurant's beverage program, are hitching a ride with Colicchio back into the city.
