After Many, Many Delays, the Mexican-ish Tijuana Picnic Promises to Open on Wednesday

Tijuana Picnic, the Mexican-ish project from Acme duo Jon Neidich and Jean-Marc Houmard, could be a contender for most delayed opening of 2014, but it's all going to be over this Wednesday. The restaurant is finally officially opening. The team sends along a couple of shots of the converted Laugh Lounge space, which now has a sort of retro vibe, black leather banquettes, wood-paneled walls, and a couple of large shared picnic-style tables.
